Tap on Mobile can only be accessed by approved merchants. You do not need to submit a separate application for Tap on Mobile. By submitting your application for Worldline Roam, we will consider your eligibility for both the device and Tap on Mobile.

No, Worldline Roam must be connected via Wifi or SIM (not included) to process payments.

No, purchasing Worldline Roam outright means that you dont have any ongoing terminal rental fees. Once you own the device, transaction and other fees4 apply.

Worldline Roam is standalone only, with no connected POS system.

Applications can vary, but usually take approximately x – x. Worldline Roam will be dispatched and delivered within for Metro areas and 72 hours for regional areas, from approval.

For ANZ business account holders, settlement proceeds will be available on the same day for Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Union Pay transactions, processed through an Electronic Terminal and settled before 9pm (AEST). For non-ANZ business account holders, for Visa, Mastercard, and eftpos transactions processed through the Electronic Terminal, ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions will transfer the settlement proceeds to the merchant’s bank on the following business day and the availability of the funds will be determined by the merchant’s bank.
