To be eligible to apply, all you need is an Australian Business Number (ABN), and a business bank account.2
You will need an iPhone Xs or later running iOS 16.4 or later and Internet access, cellular or WiFi, or, an Android OS 12 or higher, has Google Mobile Services GMS installed, an NFC reader and Internet access, cellular or WiFi.
Generally, your funds will be deposited on the same day with an ANZ business account when settled prior to 9pm (AEST)1.
If you link an account from another bank, we will deposit funds the next business day and availability of funds will depend on your financial institution.
You can add up to five users on your Tap on Mobile account, allowing up to five eligible devices to take payments simultaneously to one linked ANZ Worldline Merchant Account.
If you would like more than the allocated 5 users that come with the plan, you can add an unlimited number of additional users for the added fee of $4.95 per each additional device, per month. For example, if you sign up, you will have 5 devices included at no additional costs. Then, if you want 5 more devices (totalling 10 devices), you can pay $4.95 each (totalling $24.75) for those additional devices. You may then download the app on those five additional devices and begin accepting payments.
Our pack offers a single rate per transaction2. There is no lock in contract3.

Yes, you do not need to be an ANZ customer. To be eligible to apply, all you need is an Australian Business Number (ABN) and a business bank account. ANZ Business banking customers will receive same-day settlement. If you link an account from another bank, funds will be deposited the next business day.1

1. Settlement times are subject to terms and conditions including the net settlement policy and our rights to defer settlement, see the General Conditions for further details. For ANZ business account holders, settlement proceeds will be available on the same day for Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos transactions, processed through your eligible device and settled before 9pm (AEST). For non-ANZ business account holders, for Visa, Mastercard and, Eftpos processed through the eligible device, ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions will transfer the settlement proceeds to the merchant’s bank on the following business day and the availability of the funds will be determined by the merchant’s bank.

3. Merchants may terminate the Pack or the Agreement in accordance with the General Conditions.
