There are no set up or activation fees on the standalone Worldline Move 5000 and Worldline Tap on Mobile. However, there are other fees and charges that apply to the use of these facilities, such as Transaction Fees and Chargeback Fees.
All fees and charges apply in accordance with the Agreement. This includes the Merchant Services Fees, Refund Fees, Chargeback Fees, scheme fees and fines. Contact us for more information.

Important Information
1 Tap to Pay on iPhone requires the latest version of iOS with internet access, cellular or WiFi. Worldline Tap on Mobile on Android devices requires Android OS 12 or higher, has Google Mobile Services GMS installed, an NFC reader and Internet access, cellular or WiFi.
2 You can add up to five users on your Tap on Mobile account, allowing up to five eligible devices to take payments simultaneously to one linked ANZ Worldline Merchant Account. If you would like more than the allocated 5 users that come with the plan, you can add an unlimited number of additional users for the added fee of $4.95 per each additional device, per month. For example, if you sign up, you will have 5 devices included at no additional costs. Then, if you want 5 more devices (totalling 10 devices), you can pay $4.95 each (totalling $24.75) for those additional devices. You may then download the app on those five additional devices and begin accepting payments.

4 Merchants may terminate the Agreement on 30 days' notice. Monthly Terminal Rental Fees will not be refunded or pro rated.
5 Surcharging is only available on the Worldline Move 5000 Electronic Terminal. The value of the surcharge must not exceed your business’s reasonable cost of acceptance. For more information, see General Conditions and Merchant Operating Guide.
6 Settlement times are subject to terms and conditions including the net settlement policy and our rights to defer settlement, see the General Conditions for further details. For ANZ business account holders, settlement proceeds will be available on the same day for Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Union Pay transactions, processed through an Electronic Terminal and settled before 9pm (AEST). For non-ANZ business account holders, for Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Union Pay transactions processed through the Electronic Terminal, ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions will transfer the settlement proceeds to the merchant’s bank on the following business day and the availability of the funds will be determined by the merchant’s bank. For Alipay+ and WeChat, settlement proceeds will generally be available three business days after processing these transactions in any settlement account. For transactions processed offline, these settlement times do not apply.
7 Additional requirements apply for AMEX, JCB cards, including a merchant agreement directly with each scheme. For UnionPay, additional eligibility criteria applies.
