Offering multiple payment methods can help make it easier for your customers to pay in a way that's convenient and familiar to them.

To offer your customers the ability to pay with the following payment methods, please download the Merchant Maintenance Form and submit it to us via email.

Please note you will need to have a separate agreement with the relevant payment method provider.

  • For AMEX, Diners Club International and JCB, you will need to contact these providers directly to apply for an Agreement.

  • To register your business with Google Pay click here

  • To register your business with PayPal click here

Steps to adding additional payment methods

 

STEP 1 - Download the form, and open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat.

STEP 2 - Select VP Number and fill in your Merchant details. You’ll find your VP Number on your Worldline Online Payments welcome email.

STEP 3 - Select Add or Remove Other Card Scheme/Wallet and fill in the relevant details for your online facility.

STEP 4 - Sign the Maintenance Form and email to merchants-ms-au@worldline.com

You’ll be notified via email once you can begin accepting the additional payment methods you have nominated.
