  • In-depth Transaction and Settlement Analysis: Examine key aspects of major card transactions, settlements, disputes, fees, and other elements affecting your business.
  • Tailored Analytics and Reports: Leverage responsive filters and customisable reports to better understand cash flow and performance, guiding informed decision-making.
  • Data Exportation for Reconciliation: Conveniently export and archive the reports for financial reconciliation and comparison over time.
  • On-Demand access to Billing and DCC Reports: Retrieve these critical reports whenever necessary.

Monthly merchant statements delivered to your inbox

Receive your monthly merchant statements directly in your inbox, or find them stored in your Merchant Portal. You will find that statement provide a comprehensive overview of monthly transactions and an itemised view of customer transactions and associated processing fees.

Manage card transaction fees with surcharge settings

Before jumping into adding surcharging,  let's clarify the essentials.

You can add a surcharge that represents the reasonable cost of acceptance for card payments which are applicable to transactions via:

  • EFTPOS/EFTPOS Prepaid
  • Mastercard Debit/Prepaid
  • Mastercard Credit
  • Visa Debit/Prepaid
  • Visa Credit

As a merchant, you may decide to include service fees in your operational costs or offset your merchant service fees by applying a customer surcharge. While surcharging is optional, compliance with the ACCC guidelines is required. Review the ACCC guidelines to ensure you do not exceed the cost of acceptance.

Here's a few tips to consider about surcharging:

  • Review the guidance provided by the ACCC on surcharging
  • Review your merchant statements, there is a cost of acceptance report included for the last months business activity;
  • Display the surcharge prominently for your customers prior to payment
  • Provide a ‘no-surcharge’ payment option

Near Real-Time International Currency Conversion with DCC

Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) is incorporated into your Worldline Move 5000 Terminal.

Offer international visitors the option to pay in their home currency.  With Dynamic Currency Conversion, your international cardholders can see how much their purchase is in their home currency, the conversion rate and fees all on the screen prior to payment.  DCC provides them confidence in understanding the price of their purchase at your checkout.
