Frequently asked questions

  • No, Worldline Roam does not support surcharging.

  • No, Worldline Roam must be connected via Wifi or SIM (not included) to process payments. 

  • No, purchasing Worldline Roam outright means that you dont have any ongoing terminal rental fees. Once you own the device, transaction and other fees2 apply. 

  • Worldline Roam is standalone only, with no connected POS system. 

  • Applications can vary, but usually take approximately x – x. Worldline Roam will be dispatched and delivered within 72 hours from approval.

3 Settlement times are subject to terms and conditions including the net settlement policy and our rights to defer settlement, see the General Conditions for further details. For ANZ business account holders, settlement proceeds will be available on the same day for Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Union Pay transactions, processed through an Electronic Terminal and settled before 9pm (AEST). For non-ANZ business account holders, for Visa, Mastercard, and eftpos  transactions processed through the Electronic Terminal, ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions will transfer the settlement proceeds to the merchant’s bank on the following business day and the availability of the funds will be determined by the merchant’s bank.
