Frequently asked questions

  • The Monthly Terminal Rental Fee (currently $19.95 a month for standalone terminal, $29.95 a month for integrated terminal) will be waived for the first 6 months from the date the application is approved by ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions.

  • There is no limit on the number of EFTPOS terminals you can apply for, and if approved, the Terminal Rental Fee will be waived for each EFTPOS Terminal covered by the offer for the first 6 months from the date the application is approved.

  • There are no lock-in contracts and you can cancel anytime on 30 days’ notice. 

  • There are no set up or activation fees on the Worldline Edge.  However, there are other fees and charges that apply to the use of the Worldline Edge, such as Transaction Fees and chargeback fees.  

  • All fees and charges, other than the Terminal Rental Fee, continue to apply in accordance with the Agreement. This includes the Merchant Services Fees, Refund Fees, Chargeback Fees, scheme fees and fines. Contact us for more information.

Important Information

1. Settlement times are subject to terms and conditions including the net settlement policy and our rights to defer settlement, see the General Conditions for further details. For ANZ business account holders, settlement proceeds will be available on the same day for Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Union Pay transactions, processed through an Electronic Terminal and settled before 9pm (AEST). For non-ANZ business account holders, for Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Union Pay transactions processed through the Electronic Terminal, ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions will transfer the settlement proceeds to the merchant’s bank on the following business day and the availability of the funds will be determined by the merchant’s bank. For Alipay+ and WeChat, settlement proceeds will generally be available three business days after processing these transactions in any settlement account. For transactions processed offline, these settlement times do not apply.

2 a) Offer only available to approved applicants for a new ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions Electronic Terminal Merchant Facility for a Worldline Edge with Net Settlement (Merchant Facility). Application must be made before 30 June 2026.
b) ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions will waive the Monthly Terminal Fee on all Electronic Terminals covered by the Merchant Facility for the first six months from the date the Merchant’s application is approved by ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions (Promotional Period).  The Terminal Rental Fee applies per month or part month.
c) Other fees and charges continue to apply in accordance with the Agreement including Merchant Services Fees, Refund Fees, Chargeback Fees, scheme fees and fines.
d) From the end of the Promotional Period, the Terminal Rental Fee will apply and be charged in accordance with the Agreement.
e) The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and applies once per eligible Merchant.
f) The offer is not available to applicants who currently have a Merchant Facility with ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions.
g) Terms, conditions, fees, charges and eligibility criteria apply to the Merchant Facility.
h) This is a limited time offer and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
