eGate – MIGS is closing
Moving you to a new modern, secure payment gateway
On 31 March 2026, Mastercard is decommissioning the technology platform that supports the eGate – MIGS payment gateway, as it reaches its end of life. This means we will be closing eGate – MIGS and we can help you migrate to one of our other payment gateways.
-
The migration period has started and must be completed by 31 March 2026. If you have an integration, you might need to engage your web developer. Please start early as this might take some time.
We are in the process of sharing detailed information with our customers - you may have already received some. In these emails we’ll tell you:
about the new payment gateway we’re offering you
any variations to your Merchant Agreement
how to access the merchant portal
how to update your integration, if you have one.
-
Each migration is a little different. The emails we send you will explain exactly what you need to do for your setup.
If you need to update your contact details or your circumstances have changed, call our ANZ Worldline support team on 1800 039 025. It’s important that we have your current contact details, so we can get the new details to you quickly.
All of our customers must complete their migration by 31 March 2026. You can migrate before this date. The new payment gateways have more functionality than you have today. You’ll be able to access or request the additional functionality once your migration is complete, even if it’s before eGate – MIGS closes. Additional charges may apply.
